How to Make Elderberry Syrup from scratch is well worth the time and effort. Elderberry syrup has many health benefits and is a great home remedy for the cold season. Elderberries are packed with vitamin C and antioxidants. Elderberry could help with inflammation, boost the immune system, and even constipation.
The Elderberry Syrup Recipe is:
- 1 cup dried organic elderberries
- 3/4 cup of honey – to taste
- 4 cups water
- 1 Tbsp Ginger
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon

- Bring dry ingredients to a boil in a large pot and then simmer for 30 minutes.
- Let mixture cool, then strain into a large mason jar.
